how does this compare to the samsung galaxy s, and the motorola milestone xt 720?,

with regards to hd video, the camera, and the use of wifi

Well I would wait for a proper review. Expansys said that the XT720 had a great HD camera but it is terrible, I have one and it stutters like crazy making it terrible to view and it has terrible noise on it. Just look on youtube for XT720 videos compared to samsung galaxy videos. Samsung wins by a long shot. Also expansys take down reviews on phones as there was a review on the XT720 talking about the bad camera quality. It has now disappeared. 

So if you want a review that is true to its word just wait a little while.

Yes i did read someones review also saying that the high quality video recordings on the Motorola are too much of a load to the CPU, which is why there are pauses in the video.

Maybe if the cpu was pumped up then it would be able to cope.
